의료기관의 메시지 전달은 FHIR리소스중 Message Bundle(Bundle[type='message'])를 통하여 메시지를 전달한다.
Message transmission in healthcare institutions is carried out through the FHIR Message Bundle(Bundle[type='message']) resource.
메시지의 유형은 다음과 같다.
The types of messages are as follows.
ValueSet: JanuSync Message Event
필수적으로 전달해야 하는 정보(Mandatory information to be transmitted)
선택적으로 전달해야 하는 정보(Optional information to be transmitted)
메시지의 유형에 따라 다르므로 전송 예제를 참고한다.

업체에서의 결과전송은 서비스의 유형에 따라 다르다.
The method of result transmission by companies varies depending on the type of service.
사전문진은 FHIR리소스중 Document Bundle(Bundle[type='document'])를 통하여 결과를 전달한다.
Presurvey are transmitted through the FHIR Document Bundle(Bundle[type='document']) resource.

전자동의서 전달은 FHIR리소스중 Contract를 통하여 표현하며, 이를 Collection Bundle(Bundle[type='collection']) Wrapping하여 전달한다.
Consents are represented using the FHIR Contract resource, and they are transmitted by wrapping them in a Collection Bundle(Bundle[type='collection']).
